- CUSTOMER CONCERN / STATES: FANS ARE OVERWORKING, SUSPECTS TRUCK OVERHEATING BUT TEMP DOESNT GO OVER H . AC SHUTS OFF. HAD PROBLEM BEFORE AND IT WAS THE THERMOSTAT. INSPECT AND ADVISE.
- A/C REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SENSOR – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134. Test system performance. Add dye if necessary.
- AIR COND HOSE – Remove & Reseal- Suction Hose,Expansion Valve to Compressor – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- (Combination) – A/C IN-LINE FILTER – Install Tube with Filter
- EVAPORATOR EXPANSION VALVE – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134. Test system performance. Add dye if necessary.
