Recommend replacing the a/c pressure switch and rechecking.
- Replaced swtich and recharged system revealing a restriction in the a/c system, recommend replacing the expansion valve and rechecking
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134. Test system performance. Add dye if necessary.
- EVAPORATOR EXPANSION VALVE – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Accessed, removed and replaced the a/c expansion valve (warranty item). Recharged the a/c system with 480 grams r134a. High side = 200psi Low side = 20psi vent temperature = 39°F from all vents. The system is now operating as designed.

- After replacement of both front hub bearing assemblies, test drive was performed and upon final torque found damage to left front axle thread/spline. Replaced left front axle at n/c , customer satisfaction. Final test drive verifies bearing noise no longer exists.
